Dimitri and Lenny first crossed paths in college, where they bonded over their mutual love for great food and their desire to create something that was both meaningful and impactful. They shared a vision: to offer a dining experience that combined fresh, wholesome ingredients with bold, unique flavors. It was that vision that led to the birth of Brooklyn Bread.

What started as a humble side business quickly grew into a thriving brand, thanks to the duo's relentless dedication to crafting perfect sandwiches and meals.
